I have owned this 1956 Strat for many, many years. It is one of the best playing and sounding vintage strats that I have had the pleasure of playing over the years. Of course it has been refretted and most of the finish has been worn off the front and back of the neck. It has a replaced volume pot (minor maintenance) and the plastic is transitional...some bakelite and some plastic.

It's hard to see, but BB King signed the back of the body near the trem plate. The neck and body are 12/56 and the pickups are the original black bottoms. Of course the guitar has the original finish...no overspray or anything. It comes in the old 50's tweed case as shown. The original switch has been notched for 5 way.

This Strat looks, plays and feels just like a 50's maple neck Strat should, that has been lovingly played alot. It's really a no issues, original vintage Strat with a great vibe... and priced reasonably.
This baby is as light as feather and will resonate right off you lap, and looks real cool too!
