1956 Tweed Bandmaster

SOLD - SOLD

This is a very clean & original, narrow panel, 4 input, extremely rare, tweed Bandmaster. Of course it has the three original blue Jensen P10R Alnico 5 speakers with original cones. It's a model 5E7 with a very rare low serial number. It has all original tweed, grill, transformers, speakers etc..and it's in excellent original condition. The tone will blow your mind. If you can imagine a tweed bassman playing through three 10" Jensen's that will give you an idea. It breaks up just a bit before the bassman would with the 4 tens. Some think of it as the worlds best blues amp. I think it's awsome for much more than just blues. In terms of rarity and desirability, it's kind of like the missing link in a fine tweed amp collection. In the last 10 years I may have seen about three decent ones...that's just how rare they are. I probably see one of these for every 50 tweed bassmans and every 250 tweed deluxes .....that should give you some idea. It is definately needed to complete any serious Fender amp collection.
