1953 Tweed Super - SOLD

 

I believe this to be one of the best examples of an early 50's wide panel tweed super on the planet. It's certainly the best I've ever seen...even with the water stain on the tweed around the bottom. It's 100% original and museum quality. Gorgeous warm tone, and a must for any serious tweed amp collection. Have a look.

Original leather handle, no burns, pristine tweed on top.

Perfect chrome on chasis...no pitting or rust, all lettering is intact

Look at the original long neck big bell RCA tubes! Untouched electronics inside.Orig stackpole pots 304222. Still has the original two prong cord.


I took the original tubes out so you could see the spanky clean original blue Jensen P10R's with rare original cones, both stamped 220339. Probably one of the nicest matched pair of P10R's Ive seen. They are perfect. Also has original wiring harness.


Stock transformers in great shape.
